You will be provided with an online list of contractors in your area, if any, who may be interested in working on your project. When you submit your project details and provide your contact information, Alternative Energy Group will attempt to locate suitable contractors in your area, who will contact you directly. However, we do not guarantee that we will be able to match your request with suitable contractors, if any.

Although we attempt to verify the credentials of our member contractors, we make neither guarantees nor endorsements regarding the skills or the quality of the job that the contractor may perform for you if you hire them.

It is entirely up to you to enter into a direct contract or otherwise reach agreement with a contractor, and we do not guarantee or warrant their performance on the job or the outcome or quality of the services performed.

Unless otherwise agreed pricing will be as stated on the order /achnowledgement form exept for orders whose requested delivery dated more than 90 days from the confirmed order date will be priced at the applicable rates at the time of shipment.

We do not guarantee that we will be able to match your service needs with a service professional or that there are service professionals in your area that either are capable or willing to complete your service needs.
