Federal Grants
Effective July 1, 2009, a Federal Grant replaced the tax deduction method of recover (IRS Form 3468) for businesses that are for profit. Bennefits of this grant are that businesses that don’t show a profit will recover the 30% and the funds should be paid in the same year of the purchase (typically 60 days from grant application.)
Unfortunately the IRS has not released the grant application yet…Sungo will publish it as soon as it is available.

How does it work?
The SolarCart SG-187 uses a Sharp 187 Watt High Power panel, which is the highlight of the kit. Our solar charging kit is comprised of three primary components: the photovoltaic panel with an integrated visor, the charge controller, and the mounting hardware. The panel converts sunlight directly to electricity which either charges the battery or goes straight to the motor during operation. The charge controller monitors and optimizes the charging process. There is also a gauge showing battery status.
